Financial Institutions Business
The Financial Institutions Business segment is engaged in establishing relationships with banks and other financial institutions across the globe, with the objective of providing innovative Shari'a compliant solutions to suit the needs of its clients. The segment is organized into the following four distinct business groups.

b. Cash Management
c. Trade Risk Distribution & Asset Management
d. Debt Capital Markets & Syndications
The key product and services offering of the group includes Trade Risk Participations, Letter of Credit advising and confirmation, Letter of Guarantee, Syndicated Murabaha, Cash Management, Syndicated Musharaka, Sukuk etc. The current portfolio of the Financial Institutions business segment is spread across GCC/ MENA and other key international markets.
International Business Division
The International Business Division is responsible for devising and implementing the international expansion strategy of the Bank with a strategic objective of business and revenue diversification. The Bank currently adopts a two-pronged strategy for its overseas expansion plans.
a. Regional Markets: Expansion into GCC countries with a specific
focus on key regional markets to firmly establish itself as a
strong regional player.
b. International Markets: Establish business presence in strategic
financial centers to enhance the bank's client servicing, revenue
generation, asset origination, distribution and international
delivery capabilities.
