ATM Network

We have 35 self service ATM machines throughout the UAE and you also use one of the over 1800 UAE Switch ATMs at a nominal charge. Services available through our ATM network include:

Phone Banking

With our toll free number (800 5555) you have access 24 hours a day to your bank information, including your Covered Card. Our friendly team are fluent in Arabic and English, as is our automated voice response system. Our wide range of services include:  

 

  • Find out your balance
  • Pay bills
  • Set up new bill payments
  • Move money between accounts
  • Request a statement

 

Enrollment

You can access all your accounts and covered card information either using your Visa Electron Card or Covered card along with your Tele-PIN. Services available through the phone banking interface include:

  • Access your Accounts or Covered Card details
  • Listen to all your account or covered card balances and last transactions
  • Get the last 3 transactions on your account or covered card through SMS
  • Get account or covered card statement by Fax (with in the UAE only)

Make the most of SMS services when you bank with us. Our instant SMS alerts let you to keep track of your transactions, ensuring that you are always aware of your key account activity. 

 

Enrollment

You can subscribe to SMS Alerts and Services through your Online Banking. Alternatively, simply complete the SMS subscription form and deliver or mail it to any of our branches to complete the process.

Enrollment

To access our Online Banking service, you will need to enroll.  This is a simple, one time process.  Have your Visa Electron Card or Covered Card Number and your existing Tele-PIN ready, click here and follow the easy instructions provided.

  

Once enrolled, you can open new Savings Accounts and Recurring Investment Accounts as well as access a wide range of banking services including:

 

  • Access your Accounts or Covered Card details
  • View all your account or covered card balances and last 3 months transactions
  • Print account or covered card statement
  • Get information on your Finance Accounts
  • Get information on your Recurring Investments
  • Subscribe to SMS Banking Services
  • Make various rate enquiries

Mobile Phone Banking

Again, a simple and convenient way to manage your finances. Open 24 hours a day, you are in control of when you do your banking. You can check your balance, pay bills and top up your mobile phone, even see the last 20 transactions. Enrollment

Once you are registered for Online Banking, setting up your Mobile Phone Banking Service is easy.  Just follow the steps below to get started.

 

1.  Log on to Dubai Bank online
2.  Select “Mobile Banking Preference” under the “Preferences” Tab
3.  Select the “Yes” button to enroll for Mobile Banking
4.  Select the “I do not want to make any Third Party Payments
     on Mobile Banking” check box below if you do not want this
     functionality
5.  Define your default account/ card which will be displayed
     on the Mobile Banking home page
6. You can access Dubai Bank Mobile through your mobile
    browser by going to https://mb.dbonline.mobi

 

 

Enrolment to Mobile Banking is effective immediately once you have confirmed your selection.

Additional Services

  

Remittances

We provide you the following mode of payments:

 

Local Remittance: Payments made to another bank in the UAE. The transfer can be made either by Managers Cheque (MC) or Telex Transfer through Central Bank.

 

International Remittance: Payments made to another bank outside UAE. The transfer can be made either by Demand Draft or Telex Transfer through bank's correspondent banks in other countries.

Standing Instructions

Standing Instructions is a service whereby customers can set up a payment instruction to make regular payments of a specific amount to a named beneficiary holding account within Dubai Bank or any bank in the UAE or Internationally.
