Enrollment
To access our Online Banking service, you will need to enroll. This is a simple, one time process. Have your Visa Electron Card or Covered Card Number and your existing Tele-PIN ready, click here and follow the easy instructions provided.
Once enrolled, you can open new Savings Accounts and Recurring Investment Accounts as well as access a wide range of banking services including:
- Access your Accounts or Covered Card details
- View all your account or covered card balances and last 3 months transactions
- Print account or covered card statement
- Get information on your Finance Accounts
- Get information on your Recurring Investments
- Subscribe to SMS Banking Services
- Make various rate enquiries
Funds Transfers
- Transfer funds from your account to your Covered Card
- Transfer funds between your different Dubai Bank Accounts
- Transfer funds to Third Parties within Dubai bank
- Transfer funds to Third Parties in the UAE or abroad
Note : To take advantage of our excusive Third Party Transfer facility all you need to do is to down load and complete the Third Party Transfer Limits form and either deliver it or send it by post to any of our branches.
Bill Payments
- Pay Utility Bills from your Account or Covered Card
- Pay Etisalat land line and Al Shamil Bills
- Re-charge your Wasel mobile account
- Re-new your Wasel subscription
- Pay Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) bill

The Mobile Banking service is free of charge. Click here to read some of the Frequently Asked Questions about this service. The wide range of banking services that you can access through this service include:
- Ability to open Savings and Investment Accounts
- Funds transfers to beneficiaries within Dubai Bank
- Fund transfers from your accounts to third parties (with beneficiaries that have been pre-defined/created on Dubai Bank Online).
- Financial transactions such as card payment, cash advance, balance transfers on your Covered Card
- Utility bill payments (Etisalat / DEWA)
- View the list of branches and ATM’s with their locations.
Enrollment
Once you are registered for Online Banking, setting up your Mobile Phone Banking Service is easy. Just follow the steps below to get started.
- Log on to Dubai Bank online
- Select “Mobile Banking Preference” under the “Preferences” Tab
- Select the “Yes” button to enroll for Mobile Banking
- Select the “I do not want to make any Third Party Payments on Mobile Banking” check box below if you do not want this functionality
- Define your default account/ card which will be displayed on the Mobile Banking home page
- You can access Dubai Bank Mobile through your mobile browser by going to https://mb.dbonline.mobi
Enrolment to Mobile Banking is effective immediately once you have confirmed your selection
